| Rights of cancellation |

You may cancel the contract without naming any reasons within two weeks of the contract becoming effective. The cancellation must be in written form, e.g. by letter, fax or email, or can be implemented by returning the goods.
The cancellation period begins at the earliest when the contract becomes effective and this information about rights of cancellation is received. It is sufficient to send the notice of cancellation or the goods within the period specified in order to comply with the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation
An effective cancellation means that the contract no longer applies. The performance received by each party must be returned or reversed and compensation must be provided for any benefits received (e.g. benefits of use).
if you are not able to return the entire goods to us, or are only able to return them in part, or if they are returned in worse than as-new condition, you may have to compensate us. This does not apply if the deterioration is only attributable to examination of the goods, as could have occured in a shop. You can avoid this duty to provide us with compensation if you do not make use of the goods as if they are in your ownership and if you avoid any actions or treatment which could diminish their values.
You are responsible for despatch, postage and transportation costs for return of the goods, if the goods supplied correspond with the order and if the price of the returned goods does not exceed 40.00 € (Euro) or, if the price of the goods is higher, if you have not made full payment or a contractually agreed partial payment. Otherwise return of the goods is free of charge as far as you are concerned.
